Prices

Prices listed are in £GBP and are inclusive of VAT. A carriage charge will be applied to the order if the product is not listed as Carriage Paid.

We may change the advertised price of a Product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. We will validate the price on your order as part of the acceptance procedure. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times. Should a pricing error arise, we will inform you.  If a products correct price is higher than that stated on your order you will have the opportunity to either proceed or cancel the order.

Payment

Due to administrative reasons and the danger of card fraud, payment by credit or debit card is taken when the order is placed. Cheques are also acceptable as a form of payment.  In the instance of paying by cheque (made payable to The Lawn Company Limited) you should post the cheque and details of your order to The Lawn Company, The Lawn Centre, Coblands Garden Village, Bath Road, Hare Hatch, Reading, Berkshire. RG10 9SB.  Please ensure you clearly give details of the product you are ordering, your name and address and the delivery address and a telephone number. Cheques will be cleared before products are despatched.  The Lawn Company Ltd has the right to refuse any order.

You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing products or services which may be offered by us on our website will be correct, that the credit or debit card which you use is your own. We reserve the right to obtain validation and verification of the authenticity of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products or services.

Availability

All Products offered on this website are available for delivery everywhere in mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands. Outside of mainland UK products can be made available by special arrangement. Most products can be made available for delivery to Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands and Islands with an extra delivery charge.
All Products are subject to availability.  Information regarding our normal delivery times for products can be found on our web site by clicking on Shipping and Returns information.  If the product you order is not available for dispatch within our usual timescales (as indicated under Shipping and Returns information on this web site) but will be available for dispatch within 30 days, your order will be placed on backorder for dispatch within this 30 days. In the event that we are unable to supply the product within a maximum of 30 days, we shall notify you as soon as possible. In this instance you have the right to leave your order on back order or to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
